Trimbach Winery: Winemakers Dinner with Jean-Frédéric Trimbach

Join us at Wine Bar George as we welcome Jean-Frédéric Trimbach of the legendary Trimbach Winery for an elegant, seated wine dinner. With a history dating back to 1626, Trimbach has been crafting wines that capture the soul of Alsace, France for 13 generations.

This exclusive five-course experience will pair Chef-crafted dishes with a selection of Trimbach’s celebrated wines, each chosen to highlight the winery’s signature balance, minerality, and expression of terroir. Throughout the evening, Jean-Frédéric will share stories of his family’s winemaking heritage, the unique sub-Vosges hillsides they farm, and the artistry behind each bottle.
